Look here, what Do you see? Are You Looking Forward to Get Tangle Up in Me? FULL NAME annelise gwyneth pakarinen AGE & BIRTHDAY twenty-three, born on february 28th 2003 OCCUPATION thought researcher/unspeakable BLOOD STATUS pureblood FACE CLAIM leighton meester WAND TYPE thirteen inches, unicorn mane hair, magnolia wood PATRONUS a lioness PETS n/a ABILITIES/ SPECIES legilimency: at the beginning of her sixth year, she secretly researched and taught herself the magic in the school library and in her private room. She did not display this skill until after her graduation as she did not want any questions raised. annelise is a talented witch, extremely gifted with head charms and thought-related magic. she mastered legilimency within mere one year. her usual target has been consistently her brother ever since his engagement with his halfblood girlfriend. it is a device for her to keep track of the development of her plan to alter his feelings for his girlfriend and hence separate them. Tell me who you are, I'm sure you're some kind of superstar. Free Style Six likes Luxuries Born with a silver spoon in your mouth, you refuse to have anything less than the best, from the clothing on your body to the tiny pack of tissues in your designer handbag. You have no intention of showing off, but simply confined to the comfort that lies in luxuries. The more expensive mattress always feels softer. When you were still at school, there would be whispers in the hallways, discussing the scent of your branded fragrance that not everyone could afford. You were criticised, still are occasionally. Green eyes follow every step that you take in your designer high heels. But you must admit, you enjoy it too much for your own good. Tea Afternoon tea is a must, regardless of what is there to be done – like a true English. Peppermint tea and English breakfast are your favourite. No milk and no sugar. You like that raw, genuine taste – so much different from your pretentious attitudes. There is a little collection of tea pots and tea cups at your home, which you take much pride in. Tea calms you and refreshes your mind. And more importantly, it makes you look good and composed in front of your enemies’ eyes. Pure bloodline For your entire life you have been brought up with the notion that you are better than anyone else because of the purity of the magic blood running in your veins. After the defeat of Voldemort, muggles have become more accepted in your world. Mudblood, you like to call them. Such undeserving creatures. It is a shame that so much magic blood has been stained with such mundanity. At school you discreetly refrained yourself from socialising with such lowly people, lest they became overdosed with the idea that there was such thing as equality between you and them. Being one of the Unspeakables gives you an excuse to walk away from them at work. Yet what a pity the world is not for you to change. You only have your family to protect. Beige The colour of neutrality. What a prosaic choice of favourite colour, one may say. Such oddity that a person who enjoys the spotlight like you would like a colour that is only suitable for the background. The innocent, harmless look of it intrigues you. That elegance and simplicity are rare to find. Beige allows other colours to outshine it, only to overtake when their shine fades into boredom. Such shrewdness for such an innocent look. How pretentious it is, just like you. Magnolia The flower that blooms in spring – the time of your birth, the wood of which has been made into your wand. Unlike other flowers of spring, magnolia does not at all seem fragile. The thick and broad petals seem as though they were strong enough to weigh down the ground once the wind blows by. You are by no means romantic, but walking under the branches of magnolia gives your heart a light lift. Perhaps, the flower is the last genuine bit left of you, when the cruel world is engulfing you in its greed bit by bit. Five dislikes The dark It is more of a fear than a mere dislike. The child that slept with the light on has grown into the young woman that turns around every five minutes just to make sure nothing is lurking when she walks in the dark. Ghosts do not frighten you, but rather people. Darkness provides a flawless veil for concealment. You doubtful nature keeps you alarmed when the lights are out. You hates winter for the night is always too long. The lack of light reminds you of how fragile you are against all odds and nature. Such loneliness that the dark carries makes you crave protection, which you are too arrogant to ask for from anyone. Dairy Born with the defect of lactose intolerance, you cannot afford any consumption of dairy. The smell of milk is enough to repel your weak stomach. Your diet has been monitored closely ever since childhood. The smallest sip of milk is enough to send you to the sick bed for days. However the lack of dairy intake combined with insufficient diet – a result of stresses from work – sometimes lead to calcium deficiency that causes your calves to cramp and chest pains. Timidity It bothers you that some people are too afraid to go for what they want. Regrets are always hateful. Be that as it may, it also frightens you that some people are just as aggressive as you are when it comes to what they want, like your brother. Timidity is indeed detestable. But if only he had had it in him, he would have been refrained from pursuing a matrimony that is so unsuitable and disagreeable. Both of you are fighting for what they hold dear – one for family reputation and one for fleeting feelings, or at least it seems so to you. If only one of you would be afraid enough to back away. Ill manners Good manner speaks of class. While you attempt to remain polite to all kinds of people, it is hard to overlook a few outrageous speeches or ruthless attitudes. As polite as you are, you are not afraid to outright criticise others when receiving undeserving treatments. You tend to judge a book by its cover more than you think. Your good opinions once lost are lost forever. Four traits Ambitious/greedy While human’s desires are impossible to remain satisfied, yours are impossible to fulfil. Nothing ever feels enough. The more you have the more you want. Always striving for the best but you know that to you, there is no such thing as ‘the best’. Born into a renowned family, but you want more than just being part of it. If only it could be yours – the name Pakarinen. The curse of being a female. But the gift of being a female opens many other doors. If you cannot have the Pakarinen under your little fingers, you will search for something else equally advantageous, if not better. Persistent/selfish In your whole life, never has there been a moment when you do not have to fight for what you want: your parents’ good graces, the world’s approbation, the highest prize of every competition, the favour of every professor. Despite being the oldest of four siblings, you and the concept of sharing are not at all that acquainted. As a child you refused to allow your younger siblings to touch your favourite toys. You keep your distance from others lest they would take away what you hold dear. It sometimes frightens others that it would take heavens and hells to make you give up on what you have taken grip of. But even so, you would fight against all hells and heaven to get what you want. Manipulative It has always been a gift of yours to read people and manipulate their thinking. It is a clever tongue that you possess to get you away from a handful of troubles in your childhood. Like a skilled hunter, you learn to know your preys better than they know themselves, and play with their trust like a puppeteer, sometimes betray them without them realising. That talent has developed from a simple act of manipulation to strategic magic conducts. Yet what puppeteer would reveal himself during the play? So you keep that gift to yourself, secretly nurturing it on your own, with the help of researches and practice, waiting for the day you can finally pull the real strings. Three faces Isobel Ingraham The young girl with lovely golden curls and an eerie vibe. You tend to smile more enthusiastically than how you really feel when you are around her. You wish you had noticed her when you were at Hogwarts. But what fifth year would notice the seemingly harmless first years? Had you foreseen what is happening now, you would have removed that girl from your brother’s life long ago. Even without her filthy blood she is already disagreeable beyond your tolerance. You like to think she is nothing but your brother’s mere mechanism to rebel. They told you it was love but you have never had good opinions of romances. Love to the youth is like Santa Claus to children. One day when their bubbles are burst, they cannot do anything but cry. Very soon now when the seed of doubt inside your brother’s immature mind germinates, they will learn for the first time that there is no such thing as love, only childish fascinations and heartbreaks. Viktor Rousseau It is the name that your parents highly regarded at dinners. They said they envied the Rousseau for having such a son. So dutiful, well-presented and responsible – everything that they expected from their only son Phineas. None of them impressed you as much as they impressed them. At events for the upper class of society which the Rousseau attended, your mother occasionally found an excuse for you and her to run into him and his parents, acting as though it was an accident, expecting him to exchange a few words with you. As if they had not seen each other enough at the Ministry of Magic almost every morning at the entrance. Your properness and excellent manners impressed his parents just as much. And much to your dismay, his facial features are more attractive than you would admit. Two memories August 30th 2020 Your graduation from Hogwarts was soon followed by your admission into the Department of Though Research. You enjoy your position as an Unspeakable. Your diligence and dutifulness wins you the favour of the Head of the Department who graciously allowed you to have your own little room, similar to a laboratory, where you can conduct experiments on new charms. It was where the Magnolia Rêver charm was invented to serve the plan of correcting your brother’s path. One heart Let's us all just be friend, And together we can start a new trend.
