With two older sisters, two older brothers and a younger sister, he was born fifth in his family and all six of the children eventually moved into musical fields. Richard and Naomi Clarke were both skilled violinists in the London Arts Orchestra and very much promoted that it was important that their children learn the arts as well. All of the children learned to play orchestra and band instruments from the time they were very young. And in a musical household all of the children tended to be a bit rowdy yet calm minded. They were skilled with their hands, not always such with their heads. Noah was the oldest born nearly twelve years before Jodi, and Own and Olivia were born three years after Noah, with two years between when Hazel was born, there had been five and a half years between Hazel and Jodi and then came Claire holding up the rear of the children eleven months later. Jodi and Claire were the closest of the siblings, or at least other than Owen and Olivia. Noah began playing the flute when he was only three years old, and the twins they each picked up their first instruments about the same age. Hazel started the latest as six years old when she began playing the cello. Jodi began on the piano and Claire did as well, they each began at five years old. Jodi learned to play numerous of instruments as he grew up, piano was first, then he picked up the violin before moving onto the guitar and the bass guitar. He loved music, it moved through his body the same way blood moved through the body. He heard it each and every day, he worked on his music as much as he could. The children went off to school at a private musical school. His siblings would complete that school where he instead had a strange person turn up on his family's doorstep where they were informed that he was to be a wizard and that he was accepted into a magic school. Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry, and even though the idea was strange Richard and Naomi both agreed that this was a wonderful idea. So they took him to Diagon Alley where he had to purchase his school things, they said so very often how crazy it was of a place and their money was also so very strange. But his parents were almost weirdly proud of him. When he went off to Hogwarts he brought both of his guitars with him. And Platform 9 ¾ was a crazy thing in and of itself. Having to walk through a wall to get on the platform, it was a good thing that the man who came to tell them about the school was able to tell them how to get onto the platform, otherwise they would have never figured it out. The scenery on the way to the school was beautiful and he remembered pulling out his guitar to begin playing before they got to the school. He talked plenty with the kids in the compartment with him, they spoke of the houses and honestly Jodi didn't know much, but he would be happy to be placed anywhere. Upon arrival at Hogwarts They were led up to the school grounds by Hagrid and taken into the Great Hall where they had to put on the sorting hat onto the first years heads. He was one of the first few called and the hat was placed upon his head and it took a moment to decide before placing him into Hufflepuff. He hopped of the stool and had happily went over to the table that cheered when the hat called out Hufflepuff. That day he met two girls who would be his best friends and one of which he would have the biggest crush on at a later time, a crush that would never leave. Tiphani was the girl of his life, she was so very beautiful and she was very skilled with photography. And Persephone was the girl that knew all about this world. Persephone was a halfblood and knew of this world from the time she was a child. Tiphani while she didn't know about it all her life, both of her older brothers were also wizards and her sister would follow as well. But Jodi had never known anything of the school before the moment he found out from the wizard that gave him the letter. During his years at school he spent most of his time with these two girls, they were his best friends but he had others. His favorite thing to do though in his spare time was to play his guitar. While he liked the way the bass sounded it was not always a pleasant sound to listen to by itself. It was later at school that Tiphani asked him to teach her and he was happy to comply. He was excited to spend the time with her and show her what he knew. The instrument that he'd played from a time he could remember, he was happy to share that with her. And Tiphani never seemed to notice how much he liked her. After graduating from Hogwarts, he'd gotten decent marks, he hooked up with some friends of his from throughout the years of school and got a bad together. The Poor Alchemists were what they named themselves and when they weren't doing shows he worked in Diagon Alley as a bartender at the Leaky Cauldron. But the group did shows for both magical folk and muggle folk, and Jodi's parents were quite proud of him for trying to make music a career. Jodi loved music with his band and he watched as Tiphani worked on being a professional photographer. Not too long after her getting pictures of his band and getting them out there and her photos out there, did they really begin to get popular and same for her. It was then when they decided that she and he could move in together. They decided to purchase a small flat near Diagon Alley and have been there together ever since. One day he just hopes that she would be able to see how much he loved her, but she's so very oblivious. All he can do is hope, because he's too scared to lose his friendship with her if she doesn't love him. Let's us all just be friend, And together we can start a new trend.
