He started when he was seventeen, having already knew the basics of Occulmency he figured it was safe to learn Legilmency. Those at the top of the food chain know how to do all three and so much more. The Scavos were the puppeteers, and the hunter families fell in line under them. The begining The Ifinohs and Sciarra go back to times where Romeo and Juliet were mistaken for fact. They couldve been the boy and girl down the street for Merlin sake, yet in the small town in Italy no one cared. On each end of town, there sat a mansion of epic portions, each housing a family that did unspeakable things. In time, the families would fall apart but for now they were allies, friends...companions. The Sciarra were the most respected members of pureblood society in that city, the Ifinohs were next. Both families were dark but the Sciarra were ruthless, they didn't care who they stepped on to get their way, love was a myth and all marriages to and fr the Scavos were strictly political. The females were just as tough as the males, if not more blood thirsty. They were beautiful enough to start wars, it was rumored that a Queen Helen was a Sciarra and the Trojan war was her greatest accomplishment, but that was all myths. Their bond with the ifionhs was strong until that one fateful night. Vitaly Ifinoh was killed by his partner one Maria Sciarra and from then on a Grudge was held. The vendetta ripped apart the village and the Sciarra left to conquer a jew territory America. No one knows what happened that night, except the Sciarra. Vitaly was in love with Maria and in his lust and drunken state he tried to do what not even a Sciarra would do, take a woman's honor. Only one witness lead to distrust amongst the family and so the slaughter began, countless ifionhs fell to the hands of the Sciarra until a truce was made. One Sciarra couldn't harm the thirteen year old girl that held a knife to his throat, and in that moment, he had gained the respect of the girl's brother, but the truces only lasted so long. the past From the start Liam was a selfish attention craving person, he would make a fuss if someone wasn't constantly paying attention to him. When he got older, he was constantly getting in trouble and bullying the other children his parents brought around. When he was seven he got a surprise in the form of a little pink blanket and a cry baby little sister. Although he poked and prodded the little girl when no one was watching, she was the only living creature that could get any ounce of kindness out of him and it would be that way for sometime. When Liam was ten, his training began because of his Grandfather's insistence and since his grandfather was still in good health, Liam's father wasn't head of house. He was trained in hand to hand combat and knife fighting until he was eleven and the training seemed to slow down. Because his birthday was after September so he didn't start school until he was twelve and it was his first year at Salem institute that he met his best friend Nate. It was that summer that he met the girl who would be come the most important girl in life besides his sister and the most troublesome. He was bored and trying to dig up the flowers he swore were petunias at his best friends house when he decided to go get something to drink. Both he and Nate entered the house at the same time but Liam was distracted by really good piano music though he wouldn't admit it. He walked into the room to see a little girl sitting at the piano, a little girl that hadn't seen him enter. He quickly banged his hands against the keys and smiled when she looked up at him. It was her fault really, she should've looked up when he entered the room or at least that's what he thought. When she introduced herself he couldn't help but laugh at the fact she had two boys names. Really what type of parent would give a child such a name. So he decided he was going to call her August, which was a pretty name and she was a pretty little girl. Not only that he called her another name topolina because of the fact her voice was so cute. Though he was sure that Nate wouldn't want him to be calling his sister Italian nicknames so he waited until his best friend left until saying goodbye to his new obsession. Over the years his obsession with his best friend's sister didn't hinder his friendship with Nate but they argued a bit over it. Considering the fact that August was promised to another man and Liam had not only kissed her but did various questionable things with August. Liam being the type of person that never gave up, fell completely in love with August and plotted a way to kill her intended. In the mean time, he met Dante Carpetheos and Kayden Sciarra, the later being the one who would eventually lead the hunters...not Liam. Dante became his friend when things with Nate were rocky he would chill with Dante who eventually stopped yelling at the younger boy for following. Then the worst happened, Liam lost thought he lost August in one of the worst ways possible....death. Unfortunately for Liam he also lost Nate who was in questionable condition because of Seb (who was August's intended). Seb had kidnapped August and made it seem like she was dead and Liam didn't take her death well at all. For the whole year he was gone, never sober addicted to drugs and looking for the easy way out. During that time his parents were killed by his grandfather which was covered up Kayden uncle Blake. Dante was basically his babysitter making sure that Liam didn't go to far off the deep end, and Kayden formed a truce with Liam because he understood that Liam was going through things. Losing the people that he cared about really changed him and not the for the better. He was worse than normal when he was sober and pretty soon no one wanted him sober. He was an excellent killer, having no one to care for really made him immune to the guilt of taking innocent lives until he realized that Jessica had lost parents too. When she was a fifth year they moved to England and he enrolled her Hogwarts to continue her schooling and gave her a hunter mentor for her training. He knew he had to get a better grip on reality. During the year he thought August and Nate being the hospital he grew closer to Dante even though he wont admit that he cares for the older boy. After Liam found out that August is alive and eventually killed Seb, but he's working on getting his life back on track now that he has August back. Upon also killing her parents he discovered Nate wasn't getting proper care and he moved Nate to St.mungo's as soon as he was able to.
